Timber sleepers, also known as railroad ties or treated wooden sleepers, refer to wooden rails, and sometimes broadly include sleepers made of other materials. They serve as load-bearing components and are used for laying railway tracks, dedicated rail equipment, as well as padding and supporting machinery.

Elm, birch, oak, sweetgum, poplar, larch, masson pine, yunnan pine, spruce, fir and other applicable broad-leaved tree species.
